Feed Warning

I purchased feed from the Co-Op in Troy Alabama. The feed had shards of glass in it!! Thankfully my horses are alright. This has been discussed with my vet and the State Co-Op who btw informed me they had no way to pull nor trace the bags of feed because they "were converting their system over" therefore they had no run numbers or lot numbers to know what feed came from what run!! It's a shame when you cannot trust the feed you give your horses to be safe!! They are a part of my family and this was a horrific experience to say the least!!!
Please check your feed when you feed or dump it up. You can't trust anyone anymore. Quality control is a joke!! |
